Despite not yet having a deal, I'm attempting to leverage my time as much as possible by reading at home and listening to whatever I can while at work, commuting, and even showering.What are your favorite ways/apps to listen to real estate literature (bonus points for anything from BP publishing)?

I have read Lakeland is booming due to its proximity to Orlando and Lakeland being a commuter town. 

I've been told it was only ever illegal because it only has one exit and is over 800 sqft, but my read on the new building code is that that's fine, as the maximum egress distance is under 75 feet.  

This is a bit different sorta rental then a typical duplex or a house or apartment building whereby the tenants can practice social distancing. 

The house is in a great family neighborhood, in a commuter town outside NYC area.

I have just completed David Greene's book "Long-Distance Real Estate Investing" and I'm following his instructions laid out in the book.

I live in a market that simply makes no sense to invest so I have been long-distance investing and so far it has been life-changing.  

I am also new to real estate, so my only tip would be to look into David Greene's Long‑Distance Real Estate Investing book.

They have a welding shop about a mile away, so it will be closer for his work and also cuts the distance to the kids school by about 2/3.
