It's up to you to sell the employer that you are the right fit and can learn the job.  

I can see how the old vinyl could act as a vapor barrier but I was under the impression we won't get a good fit if we lay the new wood floor over the old vinyl.

The wholesale idea for this deal just came about because it seems like a good deal that just doesn't fit into my current capabilities.

If you plan to GC the job yourself, it's your job to make sure the appliances fit the cabinets, window treatments fit the windows etc. as well as determining the duty cycle of the water heater, roof, and HVAC.

I'm glad what you have going on is working for you but the reality is that this is not a one size fits all business.

Make sure the office fits into your criteria and is investor friendly.

It never occured to me that they may allow friends to come wash their clothes - but that happened to my husband and I when we were younger and had our own place - people asked if they could do laundry at our place more than once.
