I can get my questions answered by people who actually have done this, not just anyone trying to be helpful, or with an agenda.Yes, the web is good, but for local issues (like the name of a HML that will do the type of loan you need) there is nothing better than talking to the SUCCESSFUL investors in your area.

I would think other areas also require these to be permitted.If so, you can call the permit office and ask them about the property and if there are any permits.I'm fortunate in the area that I live the web sites and office personnel offer up very informative data.
