I will also be getting BAH which I hope to use to accumulate so I can get other multi family homes.

Why did you choose your current team members? 

Professionally, I work on a small investment team managing private money.My target property is small multi-family units (2-4 units). 

I was considering how a buy and hold with a multi-family would work in Fredericksburg.

Get their contact info, and call them once a quarter plus whatever other contact you choose to make with them. 

Multi units have less risk not more risk.
