Should a parent give your children Real estate as a gift for tax purposes or sell it to children for $100.00 Whats the best way to handle a situation like this.

The problem I've encountered is that my very first tenant has decided to take care of her 5 grand children Monday thru Friday from 5 am to whatever time the mother can pick them up.

I've noticed their screening of family members known to the child and parents is not the same as what they require of the other foster care volunteers in regards to bedrooms and other children in the home, etc. 

Even if I were as successful as Robert Kiyosaki and then donated all my profits away to children's hospitals, I would still be a "slumlord" to them. 

In this case, it's generally a "granddaughter" looking at the place for her "grandmother" which means the grandmother will be renting it for said granddaughter and her 6 children who cannot qualify to rent a place on their own. 

Excluding the obvious such as criminals, those with pets or children etc based on your specific property type. 

I'm looking for a house rental but I am open to a 3 bedroom apartment for two working adults and two children (10 and 12 years old). 

The issue with the kids is, while YOU may have a dream of managing properties, and filing taxes on rental properties and owning 20 or 30 refrigerators and negotiating contracts, that might not be the childrens' dreams.

The people who owned it died (not sure when) and their 4 adult children inherited it. 

If the house was converted without adding noise dampening features, then you may want to consider doing so.Some of what is going on may be the combination of a light sleeper and an average family with children.
