My monthly interest on the loan is $819, property taxes $272/month, and from there add in maintenance, insurance, cap ex, etc. you can find them….

The down side is that the 5% is capped at $1500 total spend quarterly which may not be near enough depending on the scale of your business.

We prefer being on the fringe of a larger city as we really don't understand city people that well and find it harder to determine what features they are wanting in a unit.

Need help determining valuation of a mixed use property. We currently occupy the business space on the bottom paying $3650/month for about 10 years now. There's 2 apartments upstairs paying $1950 each - totalling 7550...
