Without experience and advanced planning it could be a net negative, PM nightmare, or combination of challenges.

Hi All,any advise from your experience on individuals breaking into an investment property? 

I have experience using most power tools, table saws, chop saws, drill, lathe.

I reached out to a realtor I know in Prescott (not where I'm investing though) and they said doing this without permits wouldn't be an issue for resale or appraisal purposes based on prior experiences.

There are plenty of wholesalers and agents out there as well, search the for individuals who are actually investors and have first hand experience in what they are selling.

Cheap is great, and i have zero website building experience, but lots of general tech experience, and can figure most things out!
