Just make sure the above story is relayed to the underwriters and they will understand.Sounds like some inexperience from the agent.It is possible to "Burn Out" the marketplace if you quote your account every single year. 

@Zach Herbert-Burns, different states may vary in how they handle this, but in my state (PA), you need to provide a physical address when starting your LLC in the paperwork submitted to the state.

In this case it sounds like you have established an unwanted behaviour model: they have learned that everything is negotiable with you, as long as they push hard enough, they will get something out of you.
