Hello BP Community.I am approaching the Refinance step on a BRRRR, and understand that 70% LTV is the Freddie/Fannie limit for a cash-out refi on a 2-unit rental property. 

We are looking to BRRRR our first property and get the ball rolling.

I initially looked at properties that I could afford with the understanding that extra money would be needed to bring it up to speed, basically following the BRRRR blueprint.

We are talking about switching up the game plan a little and using the BRRR method.

This along with what I said above, is probably the best method to do this.

Investors have to understand why they're investing with a particular company or method.  

So I’m looking at buying my first house and would like to use the BRRRR method.

Thanks @Dan Sheeks @Chace Fraser @Joshua Janus for all the insight, I decided I am going to go to college locally for free save a lot of money and do door dash in order to make money and see distressed properties to try to BRRRR or wholesale my first property.
