You could in theory be that someone and hang it with yourself (just like a RE agent can be their own RE broker), but even I who do this full time have determined that it's totally NOT worth it.

You're going to need a Loan Officer or Broker who is familiar with investor type loans.

these are muni bonds you can by from your stock broker.. some of them are double tax free although that does not matter in NV with no state income tax but in CA they can be a hot commodity. for investors.But yes U can pay them off if you wish.. not many do since its in their tax bill . 

How much tenant improvements needed, free rent, attorney legal fees, tenant broker leasing commissions paid, etc. ?
