When I started I got the first warm body with money in my rentals, wrong move. 

Can you smell it?

The front door is secured but there is a dog STUCK on the side the chain appears to be stuck on the bottom of his body and grown over with fur.

And it smelled like a candle.  

Works fantastic and smells great :). 

Harb  this is far more common than one would know.. 60k in Indy is right on the cusp of being hoody and not.. and since she bought 8 properties this is a perfect body of work as an example.

Hi guys-I rented out a 400 sq feet studio apartment about a month ago, and today my tenant says there's a musty smell in the studio, likely indicating the presence of mold.

No body....including the landlord..... had any idea it was going to take 16 days for it to happen.

When I was transitioning out of the Army last year, I spent a few months in a month-to-month lease in an apartment with bugs and that smelled like wet dog and smoke. 

I would stick w/ the van, keep it clean, make it smell good and you'll be alright
