I'm not sure that a block deal for 9 homes is such a great deal when, even if Zillow is slightly low at average of $165,000 per (and it may be high), it sounds like you're basically a roof and a heat system replacement away per unit from full retail, and then you're saying the owner basically wants as-is but gets near top dollar for each one.
