They arent peace full today .  7 police in the hospital , 1 unresponsive  several with broken bones , looting a CVS store , 2 burning cop cars , and the night is young .  

Question is, is it normal practice to start posting ads out for it now, looking for tenants, having them fill out the rental app now, and even getting them in for a showing of the incomplete condo?  

I located a mix use property in Queens NY, 2 one bedroom apartments on the top floor, store space on main level.

First of all I'm writing this from the new BP app on my smartphone.

I get exhausted with emailing or handing out apps, answering phone calls etc especially when there's tenant turnover. 

I have one studio that is occupied by a couple7) All rent is collected via cash app. 8) I have room rental agreements in English only (majority of tenants have been English speaking). 

In 95% of municipalities there is not a legal place to store a tiny home, except temporarily in an RV Park.Addressing why this issue would not reoccur with tiny homes is the key to this gaining traction.  

Is it purely local, such as convenience stores, laundromats, dry cleaners, or something wider, such as Supermarket, hardware store, paint store.2.

The last five, I write all the apt numbers the batch was used on and store it on site.

The worst is when they say they can do it no problem, and then I find out after submitting the loan app.
