There are, I believe, 6 people signed in each unit (2 in each bedroom).

i here you, but i am saying buying a 35000 house seems to be the cheapest if im getting a new job anyway, plus im paying 890 rent could maybe get 1 bedroom for 650 but that seems to climb fast, is it worth restarting here at these prices?

Minna,Have been through several and just recently purchased a property that was listed as a 2 bedroom on the county auditors site only to walk through the house to find out it is a 3 bedroom.

What is the breakdown of #'s of bedrooms?

Is it better to have an attached business to a property, or would you rather see them converted to bedrooms/office?
