Additionally, there is an outstanding investment group in your backyard.

This isn't always as simple as it sounds, but could provide some additional insight.

I also suggest getting out to real estate events to network with other like minded people in real estate and learn as much as you can from others.

In addition to that, I am also concerned as to how big of a loan I can get, as travelers taxable income is significantly less than what they are actually making with stipends.
