Will my credit be affected once the bank forecloses?

The new tenant has credit score 625 and doesn’t have rental history.

Additionally I've been reading there are compensating factors for FHA loans, I'm wondering if I can show more liquid assets (already putting 20% down for this purchase) so I could get a faster approval without all the other detailed information such as leases.Thank you in advance,~David

I got an invitation for a business line of credit through Chase (I've had an LLC for about 2 years and was building up my credit). 

There are also additional costs of operating and maintaining an LLC, like separate bank accounts, annual report filings, tax filings, etc.2.

With this being my 10th door, I have a separate account for additional expenses.

If the DSTs you are investing have additional leverage then you will receive a new depreciation schedule based on that leverage. 

I have $800k in equity right now but I have bad credit in my current situation.

Additionally you should be able to get 10-14% return.  

In addition, I’m finishing a flip with the 3rd contractor I’ve hired to complete it.
