They are factually, actually and legally just plain wrong on how to STOP Due on Sale.

Their prices are too low in my market among other reasons.

There is usually a reason beyond the renovation cost too much and if they say they just decided to go in another direction, that is always a lie.

We are actually getting ready to close on an acquisition in a couple of weeks, and also merge into our existing office.

Ive considered it, but Im not a subscriber so I have no way of telling if anyone actually reads this or subscribes, or better yet, buys listings from the Offer Sheet.Who has experience with this site?
