Our plan was to send them in 100 batches and after we sent out the first batch we got an offer accepted on a listed property. 

Fast forward 3 years and I am out of the USMC, back in Minnesota, looking at going into college for a real estate business degree.

We were sure there would be multiple offers so we wanted it to be an easy deal to accept.

To sell this house the owner will most likely have to accept creative terms.  

So the incremental rent helps get me excited about accepting pets.

Purchase is subject to Buyer's review and written acceptance of final results of survey; of any lot-line adjustment/s, easement/s, and/or other agreements with adjacent property owners; and of the finalized property boundaries once any changes are completed.

I don't really have any evidence that they new about the leaks accept that I noticed the leaks for the first time after there was heavy rain within 2 months of buying the house, but now 11 months have passed since I purchased the house.If I was going to go forward with this I would just get a quote from a contractor on how much it would cost to fix it and bring that to court as the amount that I want to collect in damages.
