I don't claim to have all the answers but a few of the fundamentals for a regional economy that I think really do drive the long term outlook for growth in an area include:Dynamic, diverse, and deep economy fundamentals including strong institutionsFunctional execution of Property Rights and the rule of Law Transparency and limited corruption within the regulatory frameworkA commitment to 'smart regulation' when appropriate, ie: lack of ideological underpinnings (are practical decisions being made on a case by case basis?)

Understanding of course that some of the answers will vary by region, I'm looking to average the answers, so to speak.1) How much do you spend per year (in dollars not percentages) for ongoing maintenance such as caulking, reglazing windows, replacing wind blown shingles, repairing loose siding or trim, loose door hinges, tightening loose railings, etc?

We haven’t even started on the manufacturing in the area with Volvo setting up shop and Boeing having success showing that the region can compete on a world class scale with its labor pool of right to work employees.

its actually still a very competitive rental market and in my opinion isn't going to cool down given all the large scale construction projects in the region near Inglewood and the lax Manchester square etc best of luck
