Every time you get a credit card advertisement in the mail do you apply for it?

We are new to Orlando, Fl. and are wondering what the best way to advertise in this market is. 

So I got the basics down how you cold call or advertise houses that are going into foreclosure and you tell them you can help them out.

They shop your policy around and get you a better rate, and you're not paying for the large advertising budget of the big companies.My policies obviously insure the building itself, but also include liability coverage in case someone were to get injured on my property and they also include loss of income coverage.

Based on her postings on social media and online advertisement sites, not only did I find out her full name and e-mail address, I found out where she currently lives, approximately how much she pays for rent, how many children she has and their ages, that she is a single mom, that she has a side business, that she is looking to “meet adventurous people” etc.

Buy double wide on land, fix up, advertise rent to own, owner will finance in 12 months of no late payments rent to own.  

It wasn't my  initial intention to advertise that I'm a lawyer, but my mentors kept encouraging me to do so.

The problem with CAP rate is its misuse - Vendors will advertise rose-coloured cap rates to promote the sale of their buildings {no two of them calculated the same}; folks try to use it as a universal ratio to compare assets in different markets {i.e. a CAP rate of 5% on a multi-unit in Manhattan may be good, but a similar building a the same CAP in Milwaukee would be overpriced}.  

Are there other place to advertise the place?

The agent is likely looking for an authorization to advertise, from the owner, which is required by their MLS.
