Better off getting an umbrella policy and hire a good place (as if you are the pm and doing it for the llc then you could be personally sued as the manager).

.- We (my spouse and I) live in Texas- We do have Auto/Personal Home/Umbrella insurance through Geico.- All rental homes insured through UPC insurance.Issue: When I called Geico to add my 5th rental policy on Geico umbrella insurance, i was told that Geico will allow a maximum of 4 rental properties to be added on Umbrella policy.Question: What have you done for the umbrella policy coverage on 5th property and beyond?

Hi everyone,I wanna ask how you guys insure your real estate and what company to insure with,I have 3 duplexes and 1 fourplex ,just got off the phone with progressive with a shocking quote, wanna ask how much on average insurance would be for each unit .Also adding an umbrella coverage, by how much will the insurance go up on average, just wanna know where I need to be at in terms of price.Any references or responses will be appreciated,thanksBest of luck to every investor
