Barker's story sound inspiring I have two old saying that say, "never believe what you hear and believe only up to 2% of what you actually see" and "never count someone else's money because the totals are not usually what you've been told'.I've been involved with syndicated real estate since about 1980, look at the numbers frequently, flew to Ohio in September to look at multi-unit properties, did the numbers for many apartment buildings for syndicating real estate and never came up with numbers that made sense to me.

It’s also safer than searching the web because you can ask the club owner for reliable references of those who frequent the club and meet lenders face-to-face.Locally, an experienced lender will know your area and might even have flipping experience.

They frequently do because its a business account and its just another BS way to charge you.

But in this market where deals are frequently won in multiple offers at higher prices, think it's prudent to be patient and wait for a deal that doesn't require unreasonable risk in exchange for the expected return. 

I would not be too confrontational with this crazy tenant, since you need to see them frequently.  

@David Hodge   NOPE ,, lawyers are frequently wrong or misinterpret the laws.. and maybe they are correct but the state says NO.. who is going to pay to take it to the administrative law judge.. those usually run 100k or more in attorney fee's to prove if your attorney was correct or not.Been there DONE THAT TWICE..

They are not always sold through brokerages depending on how they bought it and if they have their own disposition team, etc that will shop it to the handful of active investment firms big enough to take it down and frequently package large portfolios.I'm happy to connect and chat further!
