I did my first wholesale deal and made $9348.60 I want to 10 X my business and go straight to investing all of that money back into marketing. Is this crazy a good idea or bad ide...

Mine is a 2 pager as well and only has different terminology on how closing costs are split amongst buyer and seller.

I'm looking to get my feet wet in the little rock region for some buy and holds, I'm hoping to find some recommendations on some good contractors in the area, inspection crews and property management teams that other investors in the area have had good results with.I'm primarily a vacation rental investor, however, my market is over inflated right now so I'm looking to diversify some with out of state long term linear markets, ideally I'm looking to buy low, rehab and rent.

I'm definitely interested in a JV and splitting up the backend profits to just get the experience; just haven't found a good partner or mentor yet.

I ask because my wife *chose* a cubic zirconia ring over a diamond simply because she didn't want me to spend the cash on a "rock".
