Right now as we speak some developers overpaid for the land and with construction costs are trying to sell a product in a market where interest rates are rising.

Although these are some of the issues expected when a full renovation and construction is happening right next door to an attached house; it is an extreme inconvenience to a family who recently moved in.We are trying to speak with the workers doing the work next door and trying to reach out to the owner / developer.

I don't consider this as a failure, I never said anything to these guys, as otherwise they will not do their cheap but quality work for me.

The Firm targets home buyers who do not have good credit but generally speaking they have cash savings and good jobs or businesses. 

Quality insurance for the IRA is therefore a must. 

Some applicants will just completely omit an address they lived at if they were evicted or don't want you speaking with the landlord for some other reason. 

My brother currently has an offer in on one and I am sitting on an off market deal as we speak. 

so a four plex for 80K  just depends on how ghetto it is.. but genreally speaking ghetto or NO  600 a month renters can be highly transient and tough to manage

I have seen more partnership resulting in friends never speaking to one another again.
