This is been my experience but there are some great marketers out there but the coaching aspect is not there, not available for questions for students who thought they were hiring a coach.Joe is not a lot alone, there are many promoters a real estate agent case it say they have coaching from bones of the marketing materials and they really don't deliver resultsJoe is not alone alone, there are many promoters a real estate agent case that say they have coaching components of the marketing materials and they really don't deliver results1 on 1 coaching takes a lot of time and talent to get the "student" to know exactly what to do when.  

They just find a new "poster child" to promote it. 

As @Dev Horn Getting suckered....As PT Barnum said"there is a sucker born every minute"As a business coach I hear people getting taken a lot and I won't mention any names here but they get taken.Pushbutton methods, "done for you" methods, it's amazing to me.I got a coaching request call 6 months ago from somebody who paid $29,000 to a name brand coach, and the poor customer found out that their mentor coach was this "22-year-old kid" reading out of the book in Salt Lake City Utah phone room.And I didn't know what to tell this poor duped, she was so upset.All I can say is, -do you due diligence, and -realize that the promoter that's promoting the REI "red pill" you are not coming get that person as a rei coach.

Though you can't promote your business on this forum, thought I'd ask.

My first house was actually 0% down on a "first time home buyer" promotion so make sure to check every bank in the area.  

In other words things you do to promote your site around the net but not on your site itself.

Agree with your don't over promote suggestion and hate knuckleheads who try to sell services, we all need to make a buck and some services are valuable.
