I was able to meet the owner over labor day we walked the property we talked more I made an offer it was countered then I countered the counter and my offer accepted.

I spend more than $100,000 every month at construction supply houses and never heard that my supply house owes me better prices.I think many landlords have some serious guilt problems with it comes to making a little profit and the worse part is; many landlords give their tenants special low prices and the tenants crap all over the landlords, move, ANYWAY, and think they have the god-given right to walk away from a unit they thrash and not pay one penny for the damage.
