If I have to pay my employees 10% more, my rent 10% more, my product initial cost 10% more, I'm passing that to my customer.

DSCRs are ideal investment loan products since I have clients who 6 or more investment properties and all that matters to get the next loan is the borrower credit score, down payment amount and current or projected rents.

The renovations may take a bit longer and can be more expensive however, the final product is usually amazing! 

Although these homes may not be as luxurious or desirable as higher value homes, they can still provide an opportunity for wealth creation and financial stability.

I think a good place to start would be private money as well as reaching out to hard money lenders and seeing if there are any products they offer that will finance just the rehab - best of luck!
