This sale was finalized Monday and we start clean out in the morning.

Thresholds, twice as high as code allows presenting a trip hazard.

Which is why I would like to look a little further away (max. 3-4 hour drive from NYC that could be done in a day trip). 

This made my morning!

I've grown tired of making a separate trip down for mulching every year.  

I contacted the seller this morning but they are actually in closing now with another buyer.

He said that his neighbor in our rental has been crushing aluminum cans at 2 o’clock in the morning, the neighbor has a back porch light that shines directly into our tenants’ bedroom, the neighbor further cut down some of the branches from some of the trees our tenant’s yard without asking.

After that first time, I implemented that habit into my morning routine now and I really look forward to doing it!  

Second floor has 3 young boys from 18 months to 6 years old. 2nd floor claims its normal noise and all kids are in bed by 8 and sleep until about 8 so not early in the morning.

I have gotten hung up a time or two with matching or finding the color to touch-up, but haven't made a special trip for paint or waited in line to get something mixed in a very very long time.How's that for conflicting advice!?
