I have a really good friend who is moving to Prior Lake right outside of Minneapolis, Mn who will be closing on his house on the 18th of this month.

In the long run I hope you are right about the Milwaukee market - we have limited housing stock and the city is almost fully built out between the lake and the expensive suburbs, so we have a finite supply of old houses that keep aging - the perfect environment for launching a remodelling business I guess.

I have in laws in Orlando near the Florida mall which is near sky lake but it’s a little rough area.

My first real estate purchase 15 years ago in Lake Stevens was a duplex with a 2 bed, 1 bath on one side that my wife and I lived in, and the other side was a 1 bed, 1 bath that we rented out to help cover a portion of the mortgage.
