Granted, the comparables you find are going to the be the same ones that the appraiser is able to find too. 

Do not grant extensions, etc.

I would suggest 10X Rule by Grant Cardone or Think and Grow Rich by Napoleon Hill.

I flew to Buffalo and filed for a small claims court hearing and was granted one for later this month.

I think at least you should try for a tax abatement especially if the property is vacant ground Also they may be able to provide grants for demo if the property has any existing structures.3) I would also suggest reaching out to the local electrical/gas provider to see if they have any programs or grants available.

Granted, this was taken last week when Chicago was insanely cold, but I also had a tenant complain about the same thing a couple weeks ago and mention that the window was really drafty.I have tried using weather stripping but it doesn't completely solve the problem. 

if your customer is receiving a Texas grant or some other type of Texas Down Payment program it is critically important you speak with the lender before doing anything. 

I just haven't found them... granted I haven't been focused on it either.   

I've heard there are some grant programs for primary residence purchases; you should talk with a Mortgage Broker about it.
