Buying another 30+ units (7 seperate properties all in PA) and I’m going to split them up into 3 additional LLCs but wanted to add an additional structure on top of those 4 and make the 3 new ones SMLLC owned by a Wyoming LP.  

What are the pros/cons of this?  

There are million different reasons why home prices go up and down, and with a congress that is split 50/50 assume nothing is really changing when someone gets into the whitehouse.

I’m currently being put on my parents feed.Now, I want to get a loan to pay off their balance $45k, get a lower interest rate (and yes it would be lower, believe it or not theirs is 9% and has been for years) and pull money out for some debt at this point I only want to pull out $20k.Obviously, there is equity.What’s the best loan for this?

Remember, C/D located properties generally appraise once improved for significantly more than they will actually sell in an arms length transaction so you can go to many C/D neighborhoods, successfully complete the BRRRR method but deal with  all of the operational difficulties of the asset class and then fail to achieve a sale figure remotely close to the favorable appraisal  that allowed for the proceeds to be returned through the refinance. 

Anyone know if paying 1 huge principle payment at the end of each year would pay it off faster verses bi weekly payments?

I have wholesaled properties like this in the past, but I'd like to keep this one for myself if possible.
