Hi, I'm a relatively new investor - I currently own one duplex that's fully rented, and have one completed flip property on the market to hopefully sell soon.My next step is partnering with a family member - an uncle - who has expressed an interest in providing me with financing to help me scale my business. 

There were 6 offers total on this house so we had to be aggressive to win it, but because there was so much potential I was fine paying $30k over asking price.How did you finance this deal?

These expenses covered various items such as property taxes, insurance, utilities, and financing costs during the project.Sale Price: Following the renovations, the property was sold for $205,000.

All the financing requirements are the same as well so 10X it!!!

So there were providers at the events offering rental props and there were other lenders like me providing boutique financing to those folks  so they spent the dollars never did anything with what they learned at the 5 day event but could fly home knowing they now have 1  2  3 4 rentals. :).

Our company is possibly looking for other financing options for our future rentals and I came along corevestfinance.com.

My understanding about this product is that it is intended for acquiring and renovating, and then I would refinance into a more conventional loan to finance long term as I do hold properties.
