I think my second sale I bought a second LOL... and one I had never heard of senior tax deferral.. could not figure out why I was the only one bidding.. figured I was either smarter than the rest of the regulars or something was wrong.. bought it any way and there was 95K in senior tax deferral .. the only way to find this is with a phone call to a special tax department.. the market saved us..
