The goal of the renovation includes restoring the 105 year old course to its former glory for all Philadelphians to use and enjoy as well as hosting championship course capable of hosting PGA Tour events.

Maybe you could do something like @Jay Hinrichs where you host insurance claim victims or traveling workers?

Now they may have been hosting tourists in hotels for hundreds of years, but there's a big difference.

I've heard similar feedback from other STR hosts.

@Lance Trezona and I host a casual meetup the third Sunday of every month with other local investors.

eXP is pretty cool because it's cloud-based.  

I host a monthly real estate investing meet up, its free to attend and no up sale, you should attend next months. 

There's a few BP members who host local events such as @Khaled Morad.

Goals:  1) Move to a larger property (acreage) somewhere in central or western Virginia to use as our primary residence (out from under the 'mushroom cloud', in the event of WWIII)2) Build our passive income through rental property3) Maximize realized gains from rapidly growing equity in current propertyChallenges:  We currently live in the property, and having been doing most of the renovations ourselves (with permits, inspections, etc.) -- but realize that we might not be able to finish the renovations with enough time to take advantage of higher values.
