if those dogs attack and injure someone and they are living on your property your going to be in major issues if someone sues.. no question about it.. there was a case here last month in Vegas family pitt  never did anything then for some reason it attacked the older lady in the house son comes to rescue has to shoot the dog bullet goes through dog and into her leg.now she has severe bites and a bullet wound ..

It was a huge mess for them.I know of another PDX apartment owner that rolled up his apartments here cash ed them out got 20 mil leveraged that in Vegas and bought 100 mil in apartments and lost them all in the crash.. when he could have just kept his nice 6% cap rate pdx stuff that just pays and pays and pays.

Albuquerque never bubbled in price like Arizona, Vegas, CA, FL...it is about 13% off it's peak in 2007.

Let me put it to you this way, in Las Vegas you can chose to gamble on many different slot machines, all of which the casino keeps a percentage of every dollar poured into the machine.
