Currently we are sitting on the sidelines, to much poorly  educated money headed to Memphis right now.

They also were meant to dry their clothes on hot in the dryer, and I didn’t see any laundry being carted to the laundromat, either.They were headed down the eviction road, I believe, but their decision not to stay due to rent increase probably made it much easier on me in the long run.

If it were a few months ago I'd say head out to a few FAR (Fresno association of realtors) meetings and let them know you have quality flips coming on the market soon, but Since we are starting to tip back into a buyers market that may be less effective now.

My associates and I already have 1-2 units there each, but am looking to expand our holdings and scale up into multiple 2-4 units and into Euclid for high-value SFH's.Are you a local investor, property manager, contractor, or lender?

We pay a monthly fee (about $300) to the condo association for upkeep of all the common grounds, roof repairs, maintenance of the parking lot (was recently resurfaced), pressure cleaning of the outside.

If you're moving, you need a roof over your heads!

Can't remember ROI off the top of my head but the numbers worked so we took it.
