I would NOT recommend this company to my worst enemy and I hope that I can prevent others from being scammed by WealthAbility by posting my personal experience on as many forums, websites, platforms as possible and by filing complaints to every agency out there that deals with consumer fraud.

One way or another, however, the investors must work to pay down loans, increase rents and decrease expenses wherever possible.

We don't charge anything after the 25% and the entire pet fee would go to the owner unless there's extra cleaning.

Plan for every possible exit scenario, including you both never wanting to speak with each other again. 

Even a duplex construction is expensive so I even considered if modular homes could be an possibility.
