I don't know where you are based, but make sure there is enough spread for it to be worth it to an investor.

If you buy the right deal, BRRRR should still work, but it may be worth researching more and looking into other areas.

Paying cash for the foster family home seems like a compassionate choice, but if it strains your finances too much, it might be worth considering financing part of it to free up cash for the remodel.

Trying to get rent increases approved was even worse!
