hmmm, i see what you are saying. well i just recently started researching about wholesaling online, so im not too familiar with it, to be quite honest with you.how would one start that journey?

So i was looking for people that know the area well and that have invested in the area to give any advise on the good areas and the bad ones, rental prices, type of tenants in this area you name it....everything and any advice would be very appreciated!!!!

You can rent that out as well on months your not there and ultimately refinance down the road to pull cash out and transition into a full time LTR or short term rental VRBO to make more money.

I have met a few folks doing STRs out that way and they are doing pretty well.
