Not knowing your specifics, I'll give you our really rough overview when we account for kitchen installations for our properties in West Michigan (Grand Rapids area).New Kitchen installation - $10,000 for a rental to $15-18k for a low/medium price flip ($150-200k home)Moving a kitchen will depend on the structure, however, you could probably make a rough estimate of 4-8k for most properties.
