All these things needed to be considered and then weighted out against your strategy (and by the way, prices like that do exist in that neighborhood).If you've been looking at for sale places for months on the RMLS then start also combing the rental market on Zillow or Craigslist to see what places are renting for with price per square foot and condition being the main aspects.

I agree that it's been tough to find deals in Dover that come anywhere close to satisfactory on the financial front, though I tend to weight that less heavily if you plan on living there for a while.
