Regarding what Account Closed said, it can be difficult for college students to stay motivated over video lectures, versus in-person classes.

You can't trust anyone to help you across the board out of state, you have to have very strong oversight and know how to hold people accountable from afar with video updates and workflow requirements.

Have a hard schedule from them in a Gantt Chart format (google it, extremely common in commercial construction, residential ground up construction).

His videos gave me a basic understanding of how to invest, but I kept thinking, there's no way people can buy houses for 40- and 50-thousand dollars.
