This money has to be put in an Opportunity Zone Fund. ( I believe there has to be a least two participants in the fund.)   

Hello Anthony,I've been working with 2 Investors who've decided to actually pay me in cash.This became a bad habit for me because I've gotten burned twice on two deals a little while after that.

We currently have 3 townhomes (One on 240m 6.5% and Two on 360m 7% & 7.5% mortgages).

Do they all have two baths instead of 1.5?

There is something to be said to have two units on a lot.

It sounds cheesy, but the best way to prepare is to work with a friend or two and role-play.
