Trying to give back to my fellow travelers**

Our tenants enjoy included utilities and internet for simplicity for shorter leases, and easy access to all the city's main attractions and travel corridors being only 4 blocks from interstate access, and less than 10 minutes from downtown.

For us personally I have to decline these opportunities because our work pool is pretty robust so there is no need to take on the traveling as well as the limited logistics further up that way.I believe the shortage may be do to COVID hitting and many people from NYC purchasing all throughout the Tristate.

My goal is to obviously make money, but I want to travel and have financial freedom by the time I'm out of the military in ~12 years. 

I would be willing to travel in the surrounding areas if need be Waukesha.

I'm sure if you throw him another 300 for travel he will come up there no problem

Start keeping track now since traveling to find the right out of state location, with the intention to invest, is a business expense.

No cash flow for now, but I'll be able to give back to the community in perpetuity.Congrats @Nathan G I've heard that 2021 is expected to be a huge travel year. 

In the past few months, I've been thinking about our long term goals as a family - where we'd like to live in the future, college for the kids, ability to travel the world, and most importantly - achieving financial freedom!
