Not sure if it's panic buying or what.I believe roofstock released some numbers saying the traffic from foreign investors jumped 500%. 

lots of sensationalization here... human life is not priceless... look at the death tolls this year... far more deaths from traffic accidents, alcohol and smoking... why are we not banning cars, sigs and alcohols.

Idaho continues to see a large influx of west coasters to the city (of the 80K who moved to Boise in 2018, ~21K were from CA and ~17K from WA) which is certainly boosting the local economy, but also creating tension in other places like traffic and housing costs.

Not too much hypethough, I really don't want the area to grow anymore...traffic is horrible!

Atlanta still seems like a great market but location is key in that area because traffic is so horrible.  

But most have to compete and by driving traffic to your own booking site then you don't have to airbnb fees and your guests are willing to pay YOU more and not airbnb.

Yes, especially after dotcom bust 2002-2004, many office space empty at that time, there's no traffic.
