There is so much value that needs to be restored in this town.

The laws can vary quite a bit from town to town.

From what we have learned, it's a fairly friendly town for STR, all things considered.However, during our due diligence, we discovered that the property is zoned RS6 (single family residential).

Hey @Jessica Parker the answer to your question will differ depending on if your looking for something at the beach or in town.  

Certain areas in these towns/cities, I would stay away from as well.

It's a 1-acre residential lot in a rural town of Jackson County, MI.

There’s a small commercial property located in the next town over, that houses a small laundromat, a single bay car wash, and has an apartment above that.

Out town doesn’t have an inspector so they contract with a private company.
