One other question regarding listing though: do y'all think it's good to get the listing up on AirBnB ASAP either with some sneak peak photos or a "Coming Soon" photo, and then blocking off the next 10-14 days to finish the final touches?

I've checked with broker's (found one loan product, but at 10% interest on 5 year ARM), I've checked with big and small credit unions including local credit unions and none of them will touch something like this, even on a portfolio loan product.

Taking it one step further I think renting your own properties is great to keep in touch with your tenant base and what finishes people are responding to.

Compartmentalization means that if something happens to one property they can’t touch you or the other properties.

Owner has done a great job renovating the interiors, refinished floors, new siding" - I haven't seen it yet plan on touring this coming week.So what are you're thoughts, do you think I'm trying to  use you, do you think I shouldn't touch this deal with a 10-foot pole or calling your agent right now trying to find out where this deal is.

Your bigger issue as as I touched on above is maintaining your corporate veil, otherwise this whole exercise of using a LLC is moot and you'll have a big surprise if you are ever sued.As far as choosing a name, certainly using the street address is very common.
