If the contractor can be patient you could finish the 1031 and then refinance and pull cash out after the exchange is complete.

@Bryce Lewis Welcome to BP.I recently commented on another post with some one else having a similar dilemma to yours.Even tho we are a turn key operator I am happy to say and believe that if your patient enough and spend the time building trust and relationships with the right people you can establish a great team on the ground and not necessarily need to buy from a turn key outfit.Spend more time doing due diligence on the people rather than the stats or demographics of an area.Thanks for reading
