I would say that the lifestyle and quality of schools of Johns Creek and Alpharetta are very much like Plano, Texas, but we have more green trees here.

Suspension is totally shot, brakes fail without notice, E-brake snapped, glow plugs do not work, wipers held on with a few bent nails, it leaks everything, has 240,000 miles, and the dash looks like a christmas tree and it has only caught on fire once so far... but I paid for it with the cash in my pocket 5 years ago and it runs, which is obviously all that matters to me!

The location of the leach field and the septic tank can also be useful in knowing if there are trees nearby that may have root systems potentially damaging the septic tank or disrupting the leach field.
