Any suggestions would be great.

Any suggestions on what part of Broward or even palm beach or Miami date will be a good location for rental property.  

Being that we are still new to REI, if anyone has suggestions or knowledge they could share, that would be awesome.

dont have any immediate suggestion but just empathizing with you since im going through a similar eviction delay that tenant has managed to pull off.  

There have been a few times that I have suggested to a guest to just book another night at lower rate if they request this prior to booking.  

suggestion: buy it for $1 take out a loan for 40k pay off you sister have your mother hold a second for the remainder and become a first after the 40 is paid off.suggestion: take equity out on 1 of your other properties for the 40k and have your mother reassign the 300k loan to you!

This is not a product type with which I am familiar, so I’m looking for advice on how to value a current opportunity.Let’s start the discussion by first considering a “single-tenant net lease” example … a free-standing CVS/Walgreen’s at a busy intersection.

With an inflexible full time job, i am not sure how to pull this off..Any suggestion?
